Antidote Suisse · Nutrition Journal

Clear support, shared responsibility.

These terms explain the basis on which Antidote Suisse provides nutrition support and makes Nutrition Journal available to invited clients.

Nutrition support

Our services provide practical, evidence-informed nutrition guidance tailored through professional review. They do not replace medical diagnosis, treatment or emergency care. Seek an appropriately qualified medical professional for urgent symptoms, medication questions or concerns requiring clinical diagnosis.

Your account and messages

Nutrition Journal is available only to authorised practitioners and invited clients. Keep access credentials private, use the service lawfully and share only information relevant to your nutrition programme. WhatsApp and internet services may occasionally be delayed or unavailable, so do not use Nutrition Journal for emergencies.

AI-supported preparation

Technology may assist with organising updates, preparing summaries and drafting course material. Outputs are reviewed for their intended use and may contain limitations or errors. Professional judgement remains with Antidote Suisse, and clients should raise any concern or apparent inaccuracy.

Appointments, fees and payment

Fees, programme scope, appointment timing and any cancellation arrangements are agreed with the client. Invoices and secure payment options may be provided through our accounting and payment partners. An invoice is not marked paid merely because a payment link was sent.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service secure and available, but may pause features for maintenance, safety, provider outages or legal requirements. We may update these terms when the service changes. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
