You can ask about the personal information Antidote Suisse holds, request a correction, withdraw consent or ask us to review information for deletion.
How to make a request
Email isabelle.siry@antidotesuisse.com from an address we can associate with you. State that you are making a data request and whether it concerns access, correction, consent withdrawal or deletion. Please do not include nutrition, health, payment or identification details in the first email.
Identity and scope
We may need to verify that the request is genuinely yours and clarify which records it concerns. We will use proportionate verification and will not ask for unnecessary information through an insecure channel.
What happens next
We record the request, stop optional processing promptly where consent is withdrawn, and respond within the applicable period. We will explain the outcome and any further step required. Access or correction requests do not require you to close your programme.
When information cannot be deleted immediately
Some information may need to be retained for an applicable legal, accounting, dispute or records-hold reason. In that case, we will explain the basis and restrict further use where appropriate. We do not treat a deletion request as permission to erase records without this review.
